Bring It Om Yoga

This is a great studio! I knew very little about yoga before starting but have come a long way in a short time thanks to Leti and all the instructors here. Each class is different and challenging, and the environment is very friendly and welcoming.

I started my yoga journey with Bring It Om a couple of months ago, and it has improved my life dramatically. Working with their instructors has built my stamina and showed me that I am capable of much more than I could ever imagine for myself. You can tell that each flow is created with intention, and every instructor I’ve worked with challenges you to push you to new heights while also focusing on longevity within your practice and offering adjustments and modifications along the way. I would also like to mention a really cool experience that I had because of them. I’ve had a ganglion cyst on my right wrist for years, and when I consulted doctors about it I was told I could get surgery to have it removed or get it aspirated, but either way the cyst could return. Leti (owner and instructor) gave me some valuable advice as to how I could move forward in my yoga practice with the cyst, since it gives me little range of movement, and guess what! After a few weeks of proper technique I noticed that my cyst disappeared! What! I have more movement and feel so encouraged to deepen my practice. So yes, I *highly* recommend taking classes at Bring It Om. They are conveniently located next to Virginia Highlands with no hassle parking. Thanks for everything you do Bring It Om!

This is the best yoga studio in the area! I adore practicing here. This studio is owned by one of Atlanta's best and most reputable yogis-- Leticia Lopez. I took my first class from Leti in 2014 at a studio called Red Hot Yoga and I have been SUCH a fan ever since! Please do yourself a favor and take a class here!!!

My daughter, Maegan invited me to attend a class with her, and I am so glad. I have now attended three classes. I am new to Vinyasa and didn’t realize how much my mind, body and soul would feel so centered, strengthened and relaxed after attending these classes. The ambience in the studio is perfect and the instructors do a beautiful job of guiding you through your practice, whether you are a beginner or advanced. I cannot say enough - thank you!

This is a lovely studio. No matter where you are in your yoga journey they accommodate you and really encourage you to explore new things. Hadley is a wonderful teacher and I loved taking her classes.
